Bhavana replaces Nayantara in Shashank’s Bachchan

Malayalam actress Bhavana has replaced Kollywood star Nayantara, who was to play the female lead opposite Sudeep in director Shashank’s next movie Bachchan. The director says that he has roped in Bhavana after Nayan opted out of the much-hyped project stating the dates issue.

Shashank says that Nayantara is currently busy with her Tamil film with Ajith and she could not adjust her dates for her second Kannada movie Bachchan. So she walked out of the project. He adds that now he has signed Bhavana for the role. The director thinks that Bhavana’s role is crucial to the film and she will do a great job.

However, Sudeep is playing a nuanced character in the movie Bachchan, which has three female leads played by Bhavana, Parul and Deepa Sannidhi. The movie will have four villains and Shashank has already finalised Ravi Shankar, Ashish Vidyarthi and Pradeep Singh Rawat. He is now looking for one more star.
